Thursday 16th February Update - a few days of frantic packing and lugging great bag-loads of orders down to local Post Office has meant I'm now ALMOST up to date again - apart from a handful left which should go tomorrow, practically all of the backlog has now been cleared and I'm pretty much back to the usual 24-48 hour turnround on most orders (and some even faster!). Thanks to you all for your patience during the very busy period, and watch out for some very interesting announcements soon!

Monday 13th February Update - I've just got back from Hammerhead, which went surprisingly well for us despite the weather - though a little down on attendance, it felt as though the people who really wanted to buy stuff had made an effort to get there! So, as soon as the van is unloaded and everything is back in its proper place, I will start clearing the order backlog as fast as possible - with good stock levels of most codes it should go fairly quickly, so those of you with the longest-outstanding orders can expect a "dispatched" email update from the store within the next couple of days, and I really hope to be back to normal dispatch times by the end of this week. Then, I can start to seriously think about some more NEW RELEASES - so watch this space....!

DISCOUNT VOUCHERS:

Those of you who were sent vouchers with your pre-Christmas orders have until the 31st March to redeem then; before doing so, please read the information below:
To ensure that the store recognises your voucher code, it is very important that you type it in the correct format: each voucher code is a unique set of 8 characters, with no spaces, in this form: two DIGITS, then three LETTERS (all in upper case), then three more DIGITS.
It is important that you distinguish between "1" (one) and "I" (letter), and between "0" (zero) and "O" (letter) in the relevant places in the code. For example, if the voucher code was 10ODI006, that would be 10 in digits, followed by ODI in upper-case letters, followed by 006 in digits. This may seem blindingly obvious to most of you, but since the codes were hand-written on the vouchers I wanted to be 100% clear on the format to avoid confusion.

Anyway, once you have chosen the items you wish to order and placed them in the basket, click on "view basket" - below the basket total there will be a field labelled "enter code". Type your voucher code in here, exactly in the format described above, then click the orange "APPLY CHANGES" button. The store should then recalculate the basket total to deduct the % value of your voucher. If this does NOT happen, or you think something has gone wrong, please DO NOT proceed to the checkout stage, but contact us by email and we'll sort it out for you; however if everything works as it should, then click the green CHECKOUT button and proceed to complete and pay for your order as normal.

The store is set up to accept each voucher code only ONCE, after which that code is then disabled - so please check very carefully to ensure that everything is correct and that you've ordered everything you want, before you complete the checkout. If you do mess something up, or your internet connection throws a tantrum halfway through, then please email me and we can get it sorted out for you.

A couple of important requests please:

1) SHIPPING ADDRESSES: When you type your address details into an order, what you type will be EXACTLY what the store prints out as a mailing label for us. Please do not type in anything that you don't want to have shown on the label, and please make sure that the address is complete and accurate. Thanks for your help!

2) EMAIL ADDRESSES: When you either place an order and/or sign up for an account with the store, PLEASE make sure that you type your email address carefully and correctly, AND ensure that any filtering you have is set up to accept mail from us. We are getting quite a few cases where the emails sent out by the store, eg: those confirming orders and account sign-in details, are bouncing back to us because they are either blocked or the email address entered is incorrect. If you have either placed an order or signed up for an account, and you did NOT get confirmation emails, please log back in to the store and double-check the details you entered; if they are correct, then please check that your ISP or email software is not mis-filtering or blocking the messages. Thanks again!
